This is the address for everything: technical problems, questions about a job or a charge, billing and refunds, privacy requests, and account deletion. We aim to reply within two business days.
Billing and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, so invoices and charges on your statement come from Paddle. You can write to us first and we will help, or read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are decided.
Feature requests
Want something the API does not do yet? Use the Request a feature button in the footer of any page. It reaches us directly and you do not need an account to use it.
